Storage Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily operations of storage facilities, ensuring the accurate and efficient management of inventory, and coordinating the movement of products in and out of the tank farm facility. The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain smooth storage and inventory processes.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management
Track and organize products in storage to ensure accurate stock levels, and monitor the flow of goods.

• Maintain accurate inventory records using management software.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage or loss of products.

2. Shipping & Receiving Coordination

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and efficient handling.
• Work with logistics teams to schedule deliveries and dispatches.
• Verify products before storage or shipping to ensure accuracy of orders.

3. Record-Keeping & Reporting

• Update and maintain logs for inventory movements and storage conditions.
• Generate reports on inventory status, shipments, and discrepancies as needed.

5. Problem Resolution & Communication

• Address and resolve issues related to inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or shipment delays.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics and operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in tank farm or inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of management softwares.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
